About Me

I’m Russ (Loren) Harper, an experienced accounting professional with over 20 years of experience, spanning nonprofit finance, public accounting support roles, and serving as head of finance for a machining and assembly facility. I hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Muskingum University and an MBA from Franklin University.

These experiences give me a practical, well‑rounded understanding of financial operations and what small business owners truly need: accurate books, clear reporting, and straightforward guidance they can put into action with confidence.

Outside of work, I'm a husband, father, and proud grandfather who values time with family above everything else. Born and raised in Muskingum County, I have a strong desire to support and uplift the small businesses in our community. When I’m not working with numbers, you can usually find me cheering on the Bengals or Buckeyes, enjoying time with my family, or appreciating the simple, everyday moments with the people who matter most.
